After putting in some impressive performances this season and showing real progress, Josh Embleton has reaped the rewards.
Newcastle Gems number 1 Josh Embleton took a big step forward in his speedway future by becoming a Newcastle Diamonds asset signing as a number 8.

The Newcastle Management & Promotion have been watching Josh over some time with his development that has impressed.

Last night, the local lad from Heaton put pen to paper with Diamonds Team Manager George English in front of the home crowd a great reward for The Heaton Hot-Shot's hard work.

Josh was naturally delighted after signing.

"I am really happy, this has been what I have been working on from day one. Riding for my home Club that has always been my dream"

Everyone at Newcastle Gems wants to say. "Well done Josh, all the hard work has paid off."

From ALL at Newcastle Speedway we wish Josh all the best in the future and look forward to his career developing and progressing.
