With Robert Lambert away in Eskilstuna for the World Under-21 Championship, The Diamonds needed a guest to cover for him at Edinburgh.

So, it's to The Monarchs arch-rivals Glasgow Tigers that Team Manager George English turned bringing in The Tigers' skipper Aaron Summers a noted Armadale track specialist.

Add in the fact that Stevie Worrall goes well at the same track and Captain Ludvig Lindgren scored two maximums late last season whilst guesting for Edinburgh then The Diamonds can travel with high hopes of coming away with a positive result.

Even new signing Ben Hopwood likes the Armadale track and has guested for Edinburgh in the past. He's looking forward to the challenge.

"It's a track I like and have ridden well in the past but I know it's going to be tough as they are very quick around their own track. But I feel we have a team that can challenge anywhere and I'm looking forward to the meeting."
