This weekend see's The Diamonds involved in four meetings in four days as the rush to complete the season continues.
The opening gambit of the four meetings is the first leg of the long-overdue and eagerly awaited Championship Knock Out Cup Quarter-Final against Glasgow Tigers and an always intriguing looking match-up has been given even more interest with the line-ups being announced today.

The Diamonds are at virtual full-strength with only Alfie Bowtell who has a previous engagement with Lakeside taking precedent missing. Ryan McDonald comes in at No. 7 to replace him.

However, it is the home side's line-up that is attracting much attention, discussion and debate. Four guests and R/R means that only two actual Glasgow Riders will take their place in the home side's line-up.

Glasgow - 1. Ricky Wells (Guest) 2. Kyle Newman (Guest) 3. Richie Worrall 4. Dan Bewley R/R 5. Aaron Summers 6. Richard Hall (Guest) 7. Connor Coles (Guest)

Diamonds - 1. Robert Lambert 2. Ashley Morris 3. Stuart Robson 4. Ludvig Lindgren 5. Steve Worrall 6. Ben Hopwood 7. Ryan McDonald.

Then on Saturday night we travel to Derwent Park to take on The Comets with, at the moment, line-ups to be announced.

Sunday sees The Championship Pairs Final at Sheffield and we will be represented by Stevie Worrall and Stuart Robson who comes in to replace Robert Lambert who is in Poland.

Monday night sees the second leg of The Championship Knockout Quarter Final against Glasgow at Brough Park with, again, line-ups still to be confirmed.

It's going to be a very, very busy weekend!
